You can view your enrollment status, printer ink levels, register new printer(s), view Web Services enablement instructions and unenroll from Smart Ink.

Enrollment refers to when you have successfully sign up for Smart Ink with at least one eligible HP printer activated for web services, while registration refers to the eligible HP printer(s) under your Smart Ink account.

1. You can register multiple printers by accepting Smart Ink T&Cs for HP to be authorized to monitor the print usage.
2. You are enrolled to Smart Ink when you have enabled Web Services (to activate ink monitoring) for at least one registered printer.
3.To enjoy the benefits, you need to successfully complete the enrollment.

1. You must be a resident in Malaysia.
2. Your HP printer must be purchased inside Malaysia.
3. Your HP printer must be listed as eligible printers in order to enroll to Smart Ink.
4. You must have an access to Wi-Fi in order to connect your HP printer for ink monitoring.

If you don’t have an eligible HP printer for the program:
1. Purchase any of the eligible HP printers.
2. Register printer to Smart Ink after you complete the purchase.
3. Log in / Sign up for an Pacific Office eShop Account.
4. Enable your Web Services during printer setup.
5. Complete enrollment and receive low-on-ink notification.

If you already have an eligible HP printer for the program:
1. Detect your printer by manual entry, and select the printer to register.
2. Log in / Sign up for an Pacific Office eShop Account.
3. Enable Web Services if it was not connected during printer setup.
4. Complete enrollment and receive low-on-ink notification

Anyone who is buying an eligible HP printer from Pacific Ofice eShop or have already owned HP printer(s) eligible for this program.

 There is no fee to enroll to Smart Ink. You will only be charged for the ink or toner that you buy through Pacific Office eShop. You will also enjoy other benefits with your orders.

No. You need to register the new printer to  Smart Ink and enable Web Services to activate it for ink monitoring and receive low-on-ink notifications.

 Yes, you can choose to unregister a printer and keep other printer(s) registered. Notifications will only be sent for the remaining printer(s).

 If you had returned your printer and no longer have any active printer registered to the program, you will be automatically unenrolled from Smart Ink.

To re-enroll, simply log in to your Pacific Office eShop account to activate a registered printer or register a new printer on the Smart Ink Membership page.

 You should unregister the printer from your Smart Ink membership to stop the ink monitoring and receiving notifications for the printer.

In order for Smart Ink to monitor your printer ink levels seamlessly and send low-on-ink notifications on time, your printer must be connected to the internet using the Web Services.

The first low-on-ink notification will be sent out when your printer's ink level reaches default threshold. Reminder will be sent out when ink level hits critically low.

 Click on "Buy Now" in the low-on-ink notifications that you received in your email/SMS or WhatsApp. You will be redirected to Pacific Office eShop , where your compatible cartridges are listed for you, and make your purchase as usual.

Alternatively, you can login to your Pacific Office eShop account and purchase directly from the Ink & Toner category or through the Smart Ink Membership Page.
