Ordering
Smart Ink is only available on eligible HP printers connected to internet. Cartridges are dispatched only after order is placed.
- How do I place my ink or toner order when I receive the low-on-ink notifications?
  Click on "Buy Now" in the low-on-ink notifications that you received in your email/SMS or WhatsApp. You will be redirected to Pacific Office eShop , where your compatible cartridges are listed for you, and make your purchase as usual.
  Alternatively, you can login to your Pacific Office eShop account and purchase directly from the Ink & Toner category or through the Smart Ink Membership Page.
  Note: For tracking purposes, please login to Pacific Office account when making purchases.
- Can I cancel my order?
  Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Please call our Pacific Office Call Centre to cancel an order. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be applicable.
- Is there a minimum order to be eligible for free shipping?
  Minimum purchase RM 200 and free delivery within Klang Valley only
- What should I do if I need to update my billing information or shipping address?.
  Go to my account page to update shipping/billing addresses.
