Notifications
Smart Ink is only available on eligible HP printers connected to internet. Cartridges are dispatched only after order is placed.
- Can I opt-in/out from any notifications?
  
  No. SMS and Email notifications are the default modes of notification. Please see terms and conditions where it states SMS and EMAIL are the default modes.
- How do I change my email address or mobile number to receive notifications?
  You can change your profile information in your Pacific Office Account Page.

- How will I get notified when I'm enrolled to Smart Ink?
  SMS and Email notifications are the default modes of notification.
- When will I receive the low-on-ink notifications?
  The first low-on-ink notification will be sent out when your printer's ink level reaches default threshold. Reminder will be sent out when ink level hits critically low.
